KLX/DRZ 110 Manual Clutch Primary Gear

Replaces your entire automatic clutch assembly removing pounds of rotating mass. For use with manual clutch conversions such as the TB Manual clutch kit available in this section.

- CNC machined from carbon steel. - Properly heat treated for strength and durability. - Extended width drive gear insures proper full meshing with clutch basket gear. - Precision shaped gear, broached spline, and honed bearing surface provide for perfect alignment of drive gear crank shaft and clutch basket.

The Primary Gear is an upgrade for the Primary Washer that is included in the TB Manual Clutch kit. It allows for removal of the entire clutch assembly while removing any chance of slippage - it transfers 100% of your engine power to the clutch. It is highly recommend for KLXs/DRZs with huge bores and/or stroker cranks and/or when racing on pavement. We compared this gear to a similar one on the market from a Japanese company and decided to go with this one due to the superior quality.
