TB Part Suspension kit, 350LBS - Yamaha TTR110
TBparts Fork Assembly Set for the Yamaha TTR110. Our replacement fork set is a bargain considering OEM replacements are over $1200 for a set! They also feature a few key upgrades over the factory forks making them better suited for your MX mini! Starting out are the looks, ours come gloss black and have our TB logo cast into them. Next, adding to the adjustability and performance is the length. They are +55mm, over 2″ longer. The dampening rod has also increased in length so the travel is 132mm over 1″ more than stock. Inside the fork they feature HD springs weighted much better for adults who jump at their local Pitbike track. The dampening rods are also ported to match those HD springs so the dampening and rebound is not too fast and bouncy.

TB Rear Shock Kit, DNM 350# – TTR110
Improve your ride and handling with these high quality shocks. DNM has been an integrated part of the suspension industry for more than 40 years. Their goal has always been to supply OEM and the aftermarket with high performance suspension technology at an affordable price. Additionally we include a new set of 12.9 grade bolts with nylon locking nuts and CNC spacers to replace the weak OEM shock pins that hold it in place.
This rear shock is from their MK-AR series and consists of the following features:

Installations notes:
The shock’s rebound adjustment wheel goes up and inside the frame when installed. This does make it hard to get to.
These come with 15wt fork oil, if desired you can drain and refill with 5.5 oz of your choice of fork oil.
Replacement fork seals are the same as OEM.
Emulators for OEM TTR110 forks do not fit our TB forks. Not to mention they reduce travel, require installation, require adjustments/tuning to dial in/work properly, work better with ported damping rods, and they are relatively costly.
Disclaimer: We have extensive racing/jumping testing on this fork design. They are designed very much like the OEM hydraulic telescopic forks except for the features listed above. You can still bend these just as OEM forks will bend when over jumped or flat land. For best results and a long life, do not flat land jumps, and do not jump ramps larger than you would expect the factory forks to withstand (without bending). Considering inverted fork conversions cost three times this bolt on option – these are an unbeatable value!
